New Delhi, Sep 20 (JKNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party held a national Cell-Cluster workshop at its Central Office in New Delhi, with Jammu and Kashmir leaders Ved Sharma, Bilal Parray and Manish Khajuria participating in deliberations focused on strengthening organisational outreach and engagement with different professional, business and community sectors.
BJP as per news agency JKNS, held a Cell-Cluster National Workshop at its Central Office in New Delhi, bringing together representatives from various organisational platforms to deliberate on strengthening outreach and improving engagement with different sectors of society and the economy.
From Jammu and Kashmir, Ved Sharma, Bilal Parray and Manish Khajuria participated in the workshop, which focused on strengthening coordination between the party organisation and different professional, business and community groups.
In a first-of-its-kind initiative in the BJP’s organisational history, the workshop was chaired by BJP national president Nitin Nabin and national general secretary (Organisation) BL Santhosh.
The deliberations focused particularly on strengthening engagement with industries, traders, tourism stakeholders, healthcare professionals, cooperatives, sports bodies, urban local bodies, panchayats and other professional groups.
It was also decided that greater focus would be placed on Central Sector Schemes and other flagship initiatives of the Union Government, with organisational workers and sector-specific platforms working to ensure that the benefits of such schemes reach the intended beneficiaries.
The discussions explored ways to establish stronger communication with stakeholders associated with different sectors and ensure that their concerns, suggestions and developmental requirements receive greater organisational attention.
The workshop provided a platform for representatives to exchange ideas on sector-specific outreach and ways of strengthening coordination at the grassroots level.
Issues concerning commerce and industry, trade, tourism, healthcare and medical services, cooperative institutions and professional communities figured prominently in the discussions, along with matters related to sports and local governance.
The participation of representatives from different sectors also highlighted the importance of maintaining regular engagement with business communities, professionals and local institutions in understanding sectoral challenges and facilitating dialogue.
The session was coordinated by All Cells National Coordinator Vishnu Datt Sharma, Joint Coordinator Rituraj Sinha and Vishnu Vardhan Reddy.
The workshop also provided an opportunity for representatives from different states and organisational units to share experiences and discuss mechanisms for improving the functioning of sector-specific organisational platforms.
For Jammu and Kashmir, the participation of Ved Sharma, Bilal Parray and Manish Khajuria marked its representation in the national-level deliberations, with discussions focusing on strengthening outreach among industry, trade, tourism, professional and community stakeholders.
The workshop concluded with an emphasis on stronger organisational coordination, wider sectoral engagement and sustained interaction with different sections of society, besides ensuring that the benefits of Central Government schemes and initiatives reach the people for whom they are intended.
