Srinagar, Sept 22 (JKNS): A 17-year-old boy died after the tractor he was travelling on overturned in the Tangmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Tuesday.
An official told news agency JKNS that the youth sustained injuries in the mishap and was shifted to a hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
The deceased was identified as Shahid Farooq, 17, a resident of Reram village in Tangmarg.
Meanwhile, cognizance of the incident has been taken and the circumstances leading to the mishap are being verified. (JKNS)
