As part of the celebrations commemorating the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, 20 JKAP IR organised Essay Writing, Quiz and Drawing Competition at Govt. Boys High School, Singhpora, under the Civic Action Programme 2026–27.
Sh. Gulam Hassan, ZEO Singhpora, was the Chief Guest, while Farhad Masoodi, Headmistress, Govt. Boys High School Singhpora, was the Guest of Honour.
Students from schools across Zone Singhpora participated enthusiastically and showcased their knowledge, creativity and talent. Cash rewards and trophies were presented to meritorious participants.
General Knowledge books and painting kits were distributed among participants, while sports kits were provided to the school to encourage sports and physical activities among students.
Sh. Surjeet Kumar, Commandant 20 JKAP IR, interacted with the students and encouraged them to excel in studies, remain disciplined, stay away from negative influences and become responsible citizens and proud Indians.
The initiative reflects 20 JKAP IR’s commitment to community engagement, youth development, education, creativity, sports and nation-building.
