Jammu, Oct 6 (JKNS): Two persons have been arrested in connection with an alleged drone-dropping case in the Arnia area of Jammu district, officials said.
An senior police officer told the news agency JKNS that the duo was arrested in connection with the alleged drone-dropping case in Arnia.
During questioning, the accused disclosed that they had received two consignments through drone-dropping, the official said.
“During investigation, one Italian-made Beretta pistol, two magazines, four live rounds, approximately 500 grams of heroin and 500 grams of opium were recovered from their possession,” he said.
The official said that FIR under relevant sections has been registered and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
