Srinagar, Oct 7 (JKNS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday indicated that the much-discussed reshuffle of his Council of Ministers could take place soon, saying he had intended to complete the exercise in the current days.
Speaking to reporters in Srinagar, as per news agency JKNS, Omar said the recently concluded Assembly session had delayed the process.
“I had said that the session has just been completed. I would have done it in these days,” he said.
However, he said his scheduled visit to Delhi for the GST Council meeting on Thursday would come first, after which consultations would be held with Farooq Abdullah.
“But tomorrow there is a GST Council meeting in Delhi. We will complete it and then we will consult with Mr. Farooq,” Omar said. (JKNS)
