Jammu, Oct 18 (JKNS): Jammu Police have registered a case against a woman over allegations of collecting and sharing sensitive information with foreign intelligence operatives, including those linked to China.
Official sources told news agency JKNS that woman was booked after allegedly collecting and sharing sensitive information with foreign intelligence operatives, including those linked to China.
“FIR under relevant Sections of law has been registered at Gandhi Nagar Police Station, Jammu, against againat woman (name withheld) in connection with the allegations,” they said.
The case has been registered under the Official Secrets Act and relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Police have initiated an investigation to establish the facts and examine the allegations concerning the collection and sharing of sensitive information.
Further investigation into the case is underway. (JKNS)
