Srinagar, Nov 5 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday ordered the transfer and posting of JKAS officer Zakir Hussain Wani, appointing him as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) with the Minister for Forest, Ecology & Environment and Rural Development Altaf Ahmad Wani
According to Government Order No. 1743-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department, as per news agency JKNS, Zakir Hussain, who was serving as Additional Secretary in the Power Development Department, has been transferred and posted to the new assignment with immediate effect.
The order was issued by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju (IAS), in the interest of administration. (JKNS)
