Jammu, May 2 (JKNS): Five persons were injured after a sleeper bus and a Bolero vehicle collided near Moori Check Post on the Katra–Jammu road on Saturday, officials said.
They told news agency JKNS, the accident involved a sleeper bus bearing registration number BP28P 3779 and a Bolero bearing registration number JK21A 1422.
Following the collision, all five injured persons were immediately shifted to Community Health Centre (CHC) Katra for initial treatment and later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu for specialised care.
The injured have been identified 40, 25, 76 45 and 15 year old, all residents of Jammu.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation has been initiated. (JKNS)
