*Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) Kisan Cell Intensifies Political Activities in Budgam, Women Mahila Kisan Morcha Constituted in Beerwah*

Budgam, May 15 (JKNS): Political activities of the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) Kisan Cell gained momentum in Budgam district as a major joining programme was organized today at Utligam in Beerwah constituency, witnessing enthusiastic participation from local residents, particularly women and youth.
The programme was held under the leadership of District President Budgam Khurshid Ahmad Shah, along with Vice President Budgam Ali Mohammad Najar and Constituency Incharge Beerwah Mir Mushtaq.
On the occasion, several individuals and families joined the Shiv Sena Kisan Cell and expressed confidence in the leadership and policies of the party. During the programme, the Mahila Kisan Morcha Beerwah Constituency was also constituted to strengthen women’s participation in political, social, and agricultural activities.
Addressing the gathering, District President Khurshid Ahmad Shah welcomed the new members and stated that the Kisan Cell remains committed to the welfare of farmers, women, and common families. He said the Mahila Kisan Morcha will focus on empowering women through technical training, financial assistance, and awareness regarding sustainable agricultural practices.
He stated that the women’s wing aims to provide a platform for women farmers and rural women to raise their concerns and become self-reliant through participation in developmental and agricultural initiatives. He added that the Morcha will work for the protection, empowerment, and upliftment of women at the grassroots level.
Khurshid Ahmad Shah criticized the Jammu & Kashmir National Conference and People’s Democratic Party, alleging that both parties have ignored women’s issues and concerns for years. He said that the Shiv Sena Kisan Cell and Mahila Kisan Morcha are actively working to safeguard women’s rights and ensure that their voices are effectively heard.
He further stated that the party aims to highlight grassroots issues and raise public grievances before the authorities. Expressing concern over prevailing public issues in the region, he remarked that the present government has failed to fulfill the expectations of the people.
He assured that the party would continue to stand with the public and work sincerely towards addressing their grievances while strengthening the organization at the grassroots level with dedication and sincerity.
Later, District President Budgam Khurshid Ahmad Shah visited Panzinara Khag, where several local residents joined the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) Kisan Cell in the presence of party leaders.
During the visit, local residents raised grievances regarding shortage of drinking water and other developmental issues in the area. Responding to the concerns, Khurshid Ahmad Shah assured the people that their grievances would be taken up with the administration at the earliest.
He stated that the party will continue to raise public issues before the concerned authorities and work for the welfare and development of the people.
Party leaders reiterated their commitment to public service and called upon people, especially youth and women, to actively participate in social, agricultural, and political development initiatives. (JKNS)
