Karnah, Jun 3 (JKNS): The Newly posted Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Karnah, Mohd Raiyaz (JKAS), on Wednesday chaired a review meeting of officers from various departments to assess the progress of ongoing developmental works and public welfare initiatives across the sub-division.
During the meeting, the SDM reviewed the status of key developmental projects, public service delivery mechanisms and implementation of government schemes. He emphasized the need for timely execution of works, prompt redressal of public grievances and enhanced inter-departmental coordination to ensure effective delivery of services at the grassroots level.
Officers briefed the chair on the progress achieved in their respective sectors and highlighted issues requiring attention.
The SDM directed the departments to work in close coordination and maintain regular monitoring of developmental activities to achieve desired outcomes.
The meeting was attended by Tehsildar Karnah, Treasury Officer, Executive Engineer R&B, Principals of Educational Institutions, Naib Tehsildars of Chamkote and Tangdhar, SHO Tanghdar, Block Medical Officer Tangdhar, Zonal Education Officer Tangdhar, Horticulture Development Officer Karnah, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer Karnah, Range Officer Karnah, Assistant Executive Engineers of R&B and PDD, Block Veterinary Officer Karnah, representatives of ITI, and Tehsil Supply Officer Karnah, among others.
