JKNS/SRINAGAR/ No government employee can violate service rule either he or she may be a government teacher or any other employee of the Jammu and Kashmir. If there is any kind violation, the Jammu and Kashmir government should take legal action against these teachers or any other employee. This was revealed by the Employees Joint Action President and Chairman of the Teachers Action forum, Mohmmad Rafiq in an interview with JKNS reporter.
“It is very unfortunate that employees are not taking their assignments seriously and they are allegedly performing other parttime jobs in All India Radio/Doordarshan Kendra Srinagar.”Said Mohammad Rafiq
He added that no one, who is taking his salary from the government department can go for any other job,part-time.
He said that by performing part time employment , government employees are not only breaking service rules ,but the Central Government should must take action against the Head of Departments, which are main culprit , despite knowing that education system in Kashmir is trouble due to various problems including ongoing situation of Covid-19 Pandemic and that teachers and other government employees are part-time workers .He said that if any department head is providing NOC to the said employees ,action should also be taken against them .
