A good teacher can inspire hope,ignite imagination and instill the desire,interest & love for learning in the students provided that he must have acquired Bachelor Of Education (B. Ed) which is a professional degree for teachers. He must make full use of techniques, methods of teaching, maxims of teaching, teaching skills and innovative ideas which he must have learnt during the course of such professional training.
When all the teachers will fix a very smart goal of becoming rich in respect of churning a large number of extraordinary efficient and intelligent students who after acquiring their higher qualification will achieve a highest level of efficiency and then will acquire a very smart post on the basis of such efficiency a very smart post for serving the Society .
When such smart goal will be fixed by all the teachers then every teacher will identify slow learners or such students who would be facing some problems in study then such teachers will put their sincere efforts by using his skills and innovative ideas which he has gained during the professional traing for enhancing the learning level of slow learners/weak in study.
Teachers will certainly enhance their teaching skills and innovative ideas because smart goals fixed by them will increase their interest and desire for this purpose…… but all the teachers can become good teacher by becoming committed teachers .
The Education system must ensure equitable access to the highest -quality Education for all the learners regardless of social and economic backgrounds. The purpose of Education is Social justice and equality, Scientific advancement, national integration and producing Leadership on the global stage. The authorities at the helm of affairs must ensure creation of Smart ability to provide equitable high-quality Educational opportunities to the highest youth population of our country.
Teachers are responsible for achieving full human potential , developing an equitable and just Society and promoting national development. Ability of teachers to provide high-quality educational opportunities to the students will shape the future of the country.
In pursuance to NEP 2020 very best and brightest must enter the teaching profession at all levels. It means all the existing teachers are also under obligation to become best and brightest in teaching skill and innovative ideas so that all of them could play their role in making strong vibrant public education system.
All the teachers must have full knowledge about dignity and honour of teachers . B. Ed trained teacher must know duties and functions of a teacher which include teaching duties planning duties organising duties, supervising duties, guidance functions, recording duties and maintaining relations. Teachers must know that what are the weaknesses of a teachers and then they must eradicated such weaknesses in order to become strong efficient and competent teachers.
During the B. Ed course teacher will get chance of reading report of various education commissions and education committees so that they must know the qualities, values , professional responsibilities and professional standard of a teacher and must try to inculcate or will try to improve all these parameters in order to become a competent efficient intelligent and dedicated teacher so that all of them can work with missionary zeal and zest.
During B. Ed course teachers have leart about general school record, Financial records, equipment records, correspondence records and educational records . School academic calendar, log book, cash book, admission and withdrawal register, pupils attendance register, teachers attendance register, stock register, Service books, acquittsnce roll, general income register, contigency register, pupils progress register and commulative records .
The most important what the teachers learns during B. Ed training is knowledge of Successful teaching which further include principle of definite aims, principle of activity which is also known as learning by doing, principle of correlation, principle of planning, principle of flexiblity and elasticity, principle of utilising past experience, principle of pupil centredness, principle of individual differences, principle of effective strategies, principle of conducive environment and proper control, principles of diagnostic and remidial teaching, principle of democracy , principle of liberating the mind , principle of motivation and interest, principles of sympathy and kindness, principle of co-operation, principle of repition and exercise, principle of readiness, principle of providing training to sense, principle of feedback and reinforcement , principle of group dynamics, principle of creativity and self expressions and principle of recouraging and self -learning. During the B. Ed training a teacher becomes trained about the Knowledge of maxims of teaching and professional ethics of teachers both of which are important for successfully performing legitimate duties by all the teachers.
Know yourself Or Self-Discovery: There is great importance of self-discovery , self-knowledge and self-experience. All the officials and officials especially the teachers must explore their own thoughts, feelings, and motivations because understanding oneself is essential for living a meaningful life or performing legitimate responsibilities sincerely and honestly with missionary zeal and zest. This process to know yourself Or the journey of self-exploration helps individuals recognize their true nature, unique talent,inner potential and strength. When every teacher will know the correct level of his inner talent and potential then he will certainly try to enhance it equal to the most genious teacher of his respective District by using all the skill achieved by him during B. Ed training.
When a teacher delivers his lesson of Lecturers then he must have ability and knowledge of ascertaing to know the number of students who could not understand his lesson or Lectuer properly with reasons thereof on Case to case basis . In this way when a teacher will find the correct reasons due to which some students could not understand his lecture or lesson properly then he must use his knowledge and abilities to find an immediate solution so that the next day all the students must understand properly whatever will be taught to them by the teacher in the class room. This can be done by all the teachers by using knowledge of Education psychology, child psychology self psychology and self introspection.
Hence now teachers are required to work as academic Doctors who must have abilities and knowledge to assess or analyse the problems of the students due to which some students would not be able to keep apace in studies with their classmates and must have equal abilities and knowledge to address all such problems of the students.
All the teachers must have very smart experience to create desire and interest of learning in the students and then to change such desire and interest into the thirst of learing for acquiring knowledge for enhancing learning level . This would be possible only when there would be very congenital atmosphere in all the schools and both teachers as well the students must enjoy the teaching learning process.
Teachers must identify the slow learns, must clear their basic concepts and then with the help of rigorous practice must enhance their efficiency level by making use of proper pedagogy and maxims of teachings. For this purpose all the teachers are also required to make full use of professional compenties acquired during the period of acquiring degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed ) especially the full use of all the techniques and methods of teaching contained in the ” School Management And Pedagogies of Education “.
It is legitimate duty of all the Headmasters, zonal Education Officers and principles that all of them must full use of the knowledge and abilities acquired by them during B. Ed and all of them must ensure that all the teachers must make full use of the professional degree acquired by them so that maximum benefit could be given to the society by imparting quality education to all the students.
