Anantnag, Apr 15 (JKNS): A fire incident on Wednesday partially damaged a residential house at Brakpora area of Anantnag district, officials said.
Reports reaching news agency JKNS, the fire broke out in the house of two brothers at Brakpora, causing partial damage to the structure.
Officials said that the Fire and Emergency Services, with the assistance of locals, acted swiftly and managed to control the blaze from spreading further.
No loss of life or injuries have been reported in the incident.
Preliminary reports suggest that the fire may have been caused due to a short circuit, officials added. (JKNS)
