Dehradun/McLeodganj May 29 (JKNS): Padma Shri Prof. Dr. Bhupendra Kumar Singh Sanjay, renowned surgeon, President of AIIMS Guwahati, author, poet, columnist, social worker, motivational speaker, and road safety advocate, had the rare privilege of meeting His Holiness the Dalai Lama at his peaceful residence in McLeodganj.
