Family Among Six Injured After Car Skids Off Road in Shopian’s Dubjan

Srinagar, June 5 (JKNS): At least six persons, including members of a family, were injured after a vehicle skidded off the road and rolled down in the Dubjan area of South Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.

Reports reaching news agency JKNS that a Swift car bearing registration number JK11D-4114, travelling from Rajouri towards Shopian, lost control near Dubjan within the jurisdiction of Police Station Heerpora.

The vehicle, driven by Sunil Sharma, son of Ramesh Sharma, reportedly skidded off the road and rolled down, resulting in injuries to the driver and five co-passengers.

All the injured were shifted to the District Hospital for treatment. Their condition was not immediately known.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further details are awaited. (JKNS)
