2019 Batch KAS Officer Mohammad Younis Mir Passes Away After Brief Illness

Srinagar, June 12 (JKNS): Young Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS) officer Mohammad Younis Mir, a 2019 batch officer, passed away on Friday after a brief illness, leaving behind a wave of grief among colleagues, friends and the local community.

The Old Natipora Welfare Committee expressed profound sorrow over his demise, describing him as a dedicated, dynamic and sincere officer whose contribution to public service would be remembered with respect and admiration.

In a condolence message, as per news agency JKNS, the Committee said that Mir was known for his integrity, commitment to duty and compassionate approach towards people, earning the trust and affection of those who interacted with him during his administrative career.

The Committee observed that his untimely demise has created a deep void not only within his family but also among the people of Natipora and the wider administrative fraternity.

According to the Committee, Nimaz-e-Janazah of the departed officer will be offered at 9:30 AM at Jinazgah Natipora.

Extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family, the Committee prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and strength for his family to bear the irreparable loss.

“May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, shower His mercy upon him and grant him the highest place in Jannat-ul-Firdous. Ameen,” the Committee said.

The condolence message was issued by the General Secretary of the Old Natipora Welfare Committee. (JKNS)
