Srinagar, Aug 7 (JKNS): The Jammu & Kashmir Government on Friday ordered the transfer and posting of Shri Peerzada Shabir Ahmad, presently attached with the Office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, as Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO), Kupwara.
According to the Government Order No. 68-JK(TR) of 2026, dated August 7, 2026, as per news agency JKNS, issued by the Transport Department, the transfer has been ordered in the interest of administration.
With the posting of Peerzada Shabir Ahmad, the ARTO, Baramulla, has been relieved of the additional charge of the ARTO Kupwara post.
