Srinagar, Sep 12 (JKNS): The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has transferred Shri Haq Nawaz Zargar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, and placed his services at the disposal of the Chief Justice for his adjustment as Principal Secretary to the Chief Justice against the vacant post.
As per Order No. 1429 of 2026/RG dated September 12, 2026, issued by the Office of the Registrar General, as per news agency JKNS stated that, the transfer has been ordered in the interest of administration.
The order further states that the Special Judge Anti-Corruption, Srinagar, shall hold the additional charge of the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Srinagar, till the post is filled up on a regular basis.
