Srinagar, Oct 11 (JKNS): Two persons were killed and four others injured after an Alto car collided head-on with a motorcycle at Nelipora Magam area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday evening.

 

A police official told news agency JKNS that an Alto car bearing registration number JK05A-9562 collided with a motorcycle bearing registration number JK09E-8313, resulting in the on-the-spot death of two persons, reportedly the motorcycle riders, while four others sustained injuries.

 

The deceased have been identified as Tahir Ahmad and Mohammad Aamir, both residents of Salkoot, Kupwara.

 

The injured have been shifted to GMC Handwara for treatment. More details are awaited. (JKNS)
